Dental lisence from supreme council of health

Hi all,
I am a general dentist of 4 years of experience.I have passed prometric exam for supreme council of health for general dentistry.Can any one guide me how to go for licence process from SCH as I have been calling from my country so many times but no one picking up the phone.Some guys from SCH referring me to Dr.Yasmin on some number but no one is picking up phone.Her email dosent seem to work(Bouncing).I checked on sch website that they may ask me to sit for qualifying exam as well.is anybody in the same situtation?Or any answer will be highly appreicated!
