hey if you bought the treadmill from sportsmart near centre then i guess you wil have to buy a new one.. coz my tread mill broke down two months after the waranty.. they told some motor problem which has be fixed only after they recevie the spare, which never came.. i followed up for 4months then realized nothing would happen, now i use the treadmill to hang my wet cloths..and for jogging i go to the corniche.
Thank you aunt polly... Bill is there but it stopped working just 2 days after the warranty was over....the shop says they don't have that spare part and bla bla...clearly they are not interested.... anyways I will try your suggestion...thanks again...

And if you have the bills etc.., the shop you bought if from could help you with this .
If not , then there is a shop on the first floor above the FFC, Al Nasr , al Ansari agencies , if I am not mistaken and they could help you with it .
