There haven't been enough cases for them to collaborate statistics on which cultures are more prone to being infected. An no, I highly doubt Asians, or those who eat those types of food have any particular immunity to it. It is very similar to the common cold, however because it is new, no one has an immunity to it because no one has ever been exposed to it before. The best you can do is eat healthily and provide your body with adequate nutrition so that your immune system is as strong as it can be to fight it off.
