hi .. in the health center .. actually to do anything in health center u need a health card .. even the dental department .. so if ur tooth problem to severe they will reffer u to rumella .. so then also u can use this card ..
so dont worry u can use this card in any ministry hospitals .. unless it is not expired
HMC medical card not acceptable at dental...

a private or hamada hospital card !!?

My local gov't clinic has a dental office in it. Maybe yours does too. Look for the place with the green octagon.
from my knowledge NO WAY in private clinics,u can use it in hamad after a reference from local health centres.
