Firt time appointment in HMC for Surgery

Hi,

I have been asked my doctor to get an apporint from HMC for the surgery. I got the referrel letter from the Aster.

I also have my health card. now i want to know how to proceed. how can i get the appoint for my treatment in HMC.

i need to have a general surgery.
