I wont to slimdown fast fast, for a fitness requirment in a job , i request some tips to cumdown wight,1 month left for me running alone didnt workout please help me frinds i need to loos 15 kg 10 minimum.

go to aspire to register in fitness program . i lost 5 kgs in 1 month but with normal food and no diet, if you take diet and take the full courses u will loooose more... good luck.

You dont clearly state your current fitness level so its hard to give any accurate advice with regards to physical training.

As a safe option, go for 1 hour of running per day, steady pace (Heart rate at 140-150 bpm). If you dont have a monitor, run for 10 minutes and stop and take your pulse. Best place is below your ear just under jaw line. Count for 6 seconds and add 100, so if you get 12 beats in those 6 seconds its roughly 120 bpm so you know you need to speed up a touch. Continue running for another 10 mins and re-take etc until your running at the correct pace.

You should incorporate a resistance training program but there are too many variables to give any sound advice

the first thing you need a strong diet

keep out from bread,salt,fast food,mayonaise,soft drinks.

eat your food grilled.

start at the first day by drinking 5 cups of warm water morning with 1 cup of warm water , 2 befor launch 1 befor supper and incease them until you reach 10 cups per day and continous like this to reach your recuired weight.

eat fish , meat , salads without peper or oil, small piece of grilled potato and eggs only the white.

with this programm you can lose up to 4 kilo per week.
