Oh yes....i got my worst flu ever during Ramadan.

My mum gave me a good tip.

Heat the contents of a can of ginger beer/ale (schwepps brand in Carrefour) and put in a packet of Lemsip.

Really good

Definitely the air conditioning...hot to cold hot to cold all the time is hard on your system. I have had sinus and throat problems since moving here... I never had them back home (because air conditioning is not as common).

Happens every year, with weather changes, and the fact that air conditioning is used everywhere all the time, one minute you're out in the heat, then you're sitting under a cold AC.. there's always some sort of cold that goes round each year, and that's happening again right now.

nothing with the atmosphere; maybe in winter times, if the house is cold, to get some kind of flu, if no heating is provided; but outside is still hot and worm, especially in the day time, any period.

be sure, is because of the air conditioning systems; if they use to drink cold water, get worse, of course
