Health Certificate renwing

What are the requirements or procedures for renewing health certificate?Can we do directly by going to Medical Commission or we need company approval letter..?

thanks for your reply. but i m not working in hospital .i m working for food items so need health certificate for that..

you can go to medical commission by yourself and tell the reception in MC that you are medical staff ...for renewal license, you have to bring your passport copy and residency one...good luck
