A good 5-10 min warm up before you start jogging, and the same once you finish. 5-15 mins of cool down and stretches. This is to bring your heart rate down, and relax your body, and then you can take a short warm shower, not hot or cold. Do check with a physical trainer as well.

if you are regular joggers or you do it regularly, some expert advice  to cool down firts after a long and tiring marathon.it is nessesary to cooldown your body -do some stretching about 5 - 10 mins minutes and hit diretly to showers when your done.it is good if you have pool to soak you body, this is good to relax your tired muscles.

You can go straight to the showers as long as the water is warm.

Usually i rest for 10 - 15 minutes before a quick shower.  Shower not longer 5-10 minutes, then after I do sauna or steam.

It depends on your body. You should not stay on AC after a jog. You can have a shower as soon as you stop sweating and your heartbeat comes to the normal rhythm
