If you are interested in learning how to have a great workout with great results please contact me.I have a small selection of weights and will be pleased to offer instruction to small groups of no more than 4 ,or individually.I am female and English if you want to know!!!

I live near Villagio and will be happy for clients to come to me, or I will come to you, enough space to raise your hands high above your head,spread out wide to each side,and to lie full length on floor is all that is needed!
