At this stage my point is believe from now on the Almighty and All Poweful God alone for all your needs, small or big.

Your prayer shall be thus:

Help me to get over all sorts of associations with you;

I shall not set up partners with you;

You are the curer;

You are our only Help and

You are our Protector;

Give us patience

And unto you we turn for

Your Grace and Mercy.

Being a Acupuncturist My advice is the Blood Pressure is a natural process and the heart maintains its pressure high or low as per the demand from other organs. be Prayerful and Pray Lord for forgiveness. When the Heart becomes peaceful the blood flow will become normal.

There is point Sp5 which needs to be activated provided you prayerful and submit to your self to GOD.

Forget about medicine nobody in this world can cure any disease except GOD.

Your daily maximum sodium intake should not exceed 2300 mg. Your daily minimum sodium intake should be 1500 mg.

Salt is 40% sodium. One teaspoon of salt is 2196 mg sodium.

Eat food rich in potassium, calcium, and magnesium (e.g. banana, apricot, dates).

Read the labels of the food you buy. You'll be surprised to know what you have been eating all this time.

and yes....exercise!

1) cut the salt in your food.

2) regular exercise. jogging is great but if you cant then at least 1 hr of brisk walking is recommended.

3) limit the sodium intake. most canned foods come with high sodium content. Also, some brands of water here also have high level of sodium. Watch Those.

4) Cut ur alcohol. reduce it as much as possible.
