I am not an expert on 'weight loss programme' but these are a few tips which you can try. I'm sure some of them will work in your favour:

* Don't drink a lot of water or cold water or cold drinks during meals as it solidifies the food and creates fatty lumps

*The same is true for fruits. Eat fruits before meals or after two hours.

* Go for 30 minutes of brisk walk at least 4 times a week. The best time is morning; however, if you prefer evening, walk before your meals or at least 2 hours after dinner.

* Don't go on a crash diet. Instead eat small portions 3-4 times a day. Dont starve or deprive yourself of food. Eat things is small quantity and avoid oil, fatty, fried stuff.

* Eat lot of fibre, green vegetable, antioxidants - these satisfy your hunger without adding to your weight.

*First thing in the morning drink a glass of warm/hot water with a few drops of lemon and a spoonful of honey.

* Have a good breakfast, a decent lunch and a scanty dinner. Avoid late night eating. Eat at least two hours before you go to bed.

Finally, there's nothing like a 'perfect diet plan'. We are all unique is some way or the other. And hence, you should try the above things and see which one(s) work the best for you!

All the best!
