I went to Al Alhi and saw Dr Siddiq, he is a wonderful doctor, UK trained. He is professional, kind and a world leading Gastroenterologist. Do get it treated though, an untreated ulcer can be dangerous, particularly a duodenal ulcer.
Avoid eating spicy food drink as much liquid something like juice,curd yogurt etc.You better do your treatment in india.
u can go to apollo clinic and treat with hassim keyi or its good to eat food in correct time and without spicy and can have aloevera juice
