Vaccination for newborns without hamad health card?

Hello everyone, my baby is just less than a week old and he has no vaccinations done yet because we don't have a Hamad health card. Can we still get him vaccination even without health card in public health centers?? if yes, how much it would cost for BCG and HEPA B? We're planning to visit the nearest health centre on Sunday morning. TIA
