Vascular Surgeon or Physician

My wife has a varicose vein problem on the back of one of her ankles (lower calf). As per one of the Dr. we consulted circulation of the blood in effected veins is not proper blood is moving in one direction only. Please tell us if there is any Vascular Surgeon/Physican available in Doha? Apprecite your help very much.
