It might help you loss some weight but you will also be depriving your body of the vitamins,minerals,etc. which your body needs for energy.Though each cell in our body needs water.The result will be yo-yo dieting.Once you return back to your eating,your body will now start craving...most of the time,a rebound effect will happen.Which is the tendency to increase your weight than before.

No. You lose weight by taking in less calories than you burn. That's the only secret. There is no short-cut, no trick. You either eat fewer calories or exercise more (to burn more calories) or better yet, do both.

take one glass of water and add quarter of vinegar.
