I already taken my medical exam recently for my job here in qatar. I haven't started yet because they said, i should have the working visa first before I start working with them. When I took the medical exam, I have colds. I worry a lot because they might see something on my lungs. If ever they see a spot, are they going to send me back home in the philippines immediately? are they going to pay for my air ticket? please help.

No, a cold, even a pneumonia will not show up as a "spot."

I believe they'll give you 2 chances to re-check you again should the XRay show sports on your lungs. IF, after 3 tries sports are still visible, they wont accept you.

I kinda think there is more to this than meets the eye... do you know there is something there and hoping there is not?? if there is something wrong with you (God Forbid) then it will be detected and I guess you will be sent home... I would not worry if you had a simple cold but somehow I dont think that is the case ... or ??

Lungs spot means you have lung diseases. Nothing to do with colds during your medical...seek doktor advise immediately.

If you just have coughs nothing to worry about coz no spot will be seen, the thing is if you have a previous tuberculosis and under go on a medication definitely there will be a spot and when you do x-ray here it will be shown on the result of your medical. Before they used to send back the person to the country if origin once they find out but for now i am not sure.
