thank you for the details.i am prescribed by a gynacolagist in uae(indian doctor)she said when ever i want to get concieve that i should take asprin 75mg for 1 month prior to my pregnancy.please advice me if u knw more details about it and a good gynacolagst in doha.
In the USA, baby aspirin also comes in liquid form. You could easily figure the dose. You might also ask your Qatar Pharmacist to make up Aspirin syrup/solution for you, and use it that way. Bottles of liquid Aspirin must be shook well prior to pouring.
If you want aspirin in that dose range for long term anticoagulation (blood thinning to help prevent heart attacks) in the USA the dose standard for an adult is 81mg per day. This is readily sold in most pharmacies, without a perscription.
In addition, in the USA, one baby aspirin (Like the orange flavored chewable ones) is equal to 81 mg. We (Nurses)frequently advise our adult patients to take ONE baby aspirin a day, if they have been prescribed by a doctor to take daily aspirin.
Acetaminophen will NOT achieve the same results.
DO NOT take, or give aspirin in any dose, to anyone who is allergic to it, it can cause stroke,or death.
