Where is the Fractures Clinic in Old Salata?

My wife has been referred by Hamad Hospital to a Fractures Clinic in Old Salata Street. No phone number has been given. I have tried to locate the clinic on Google Maps, but the street name (Old Salata) doesn't appear. Would appreciate if anyone could tell me the location of the clinic. Thanks in advance.

While coming from Arab roundabout or musheireb street to al fardan,come straight thru roundabout,head for DohaCity until you reach traffic lights.Spot this ortho center on your right, before traffic signal.

It is on al muthaf street across al meena street.

On B ring road movin to volkswagon from crazy signal,continue going straight ,this is meena street.Ortho center on your left before traffic light.
