How to declutter your kid’s toys:
As parents, we tend to buy a lot of toys for our kids; very soon they pile up and become a big mess. Below are a few steps to declutter the toys.
1. Gather all the toys:
Search everywhere around the house and gather all the toys in one place.
2. Now categorize all the toys:
Start categorizing toys like cars, blocks, board games, kitchen sets, dolls, puzzles, etc.
3. Throw away broken toys:
Look through each category and check for broken toys and throw them in the trash covers and dispose of them.
4. Donate or sell:
You can donate the toys your child has outgrown or sell them.
You can sell them on Qatar Living toys section.
5. Start Organizing:
Now organize toys category wise.
Depending on your budget you can get some good toy storage units from Ikea or Home center or you can try some DIYs.
Happy Decluttering!

I've been thinking to do this for a very long time now! I just cant find time to do it, or maybe Im just being too lazy lol
Another nice idea I saw in practice with other children was to get them to sell the toys themselves. This way, they also learn about personal finances and get a taste of what it's like to earn their own money.
My LO is too young now, but I'll surely put this in practice in a couple of years.
I like the idea of donating the toys though, I think this habit should be instilled in children from a young age.
I've been thinking about decluttering my son's toys as well. He's got a major collection of toy cars of all sizes saved over two and a half years. The thing is he remembers each type and color so well that he'd ask if they disappeared just like that and my concern is him finding out and feeling that emotional anxiety.
