what can i do when a government officer rejects my seeking for help at information desk?

i went to ministry of labour at information desk i greeted well in arabic ( asalamu aleikum) and continuing in English but before i said even three words the man with qatar attire dress shouted at me in arabic, pull his chair away and left me standing there, i seek help from security what did they man said the security told me he said dont talk to him in english.i was shocked and left without getting any information from the desk, is this right where employees should behave especially at the courtsy of information desk? it scared me and felt embarassed infront of other people as i come walking in hot sun at 12 pm only to receive such treatment in government building and left without getting any help

That is the opposite response of a right fasting man. If a Muslim acts that way, he may break his fast.

SAD TO SAY. I am not hear to judge its just personal opinion.

well,dude I'm sympathetic to u but If u dont forget,Its fasting month and at 12:noon is just a PEAK hour for thirst and hunger.:)..you should understand the human pcychology. :)..try to visit at 9:00 AM.. :)

Sorry to hear that.

Now one thing you can do, go to your EMBASSY and file the complain without delay and don't be afraid, as long as you are in the right side of the law, there's nothing to be afraid of.

To our Qatari brothers who are working in the government or in Human Rights Department please take note on this matter.

We still believe in our basic teachings in ISLAM not to mention, this is the Holy Month of Ramadan.
