I've Learned THAT...
No matter what happens how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.
You can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.
Regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life.
Making a "living" is not the same thing as making a "life."
Life sometimes gives you a second chance.
You shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back.
If you pursue happiness, it will elude you. But, if you focus on your family, your friends, the needs of others, your work and doing the very best you can, happiness will find you.
Whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision.
Even when I have pains, I don't have to be one.
Every day, you should reach out and touch someone.
Human touch -- holding hands, a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.
I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.
TANGLED CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTS ???????
Don't get me effin started on effin tangled Christmas effin tree lights!!!!
hahahaha
Last year I phoned a friend (how could he help via the phone, hmm?); I got my downstairs neighbour involved - she was going to send her boyfriend up to my flat to help; I lay on the floor entangled in the wires and beat my fists on the carpet; I changed the fuse - and they worked.
Had fun as my friends tried to chat me through it though :D
Let me buy you one. I will show up this time!

I forgot I had this one...quite in time too, don't you think so? :-P
u just made me realize how absolutely selfish i have been lately...thinking of what i can get and not being able to give anything back especially to my parents...and wallowing in my self conjured up misery...but things do get better...just like what scarlett o'hara said..after all, tomorrow is another day ;-P

Thanks for sharing.
for me it simply means we are maturing ,... we just smile on what they say about us, good or bad ,.... i always say to my self , i have a LIFE to LIVE ,... i am contented with it ,..and I thank God about it.
Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people. - Eleanor Roosevelt
you are so full of inspiration today, or I suspect a kind of light depression or maybe homesickness? Thanks for the wonderful stories and ideas. Be well :)
