Mabuhay!!!(Long Live/Hello/Welcome etc...), one word, a lot of connotation, just like my home country, definitely a lot of things you will miss.
1. Rush Hour - huh? as if everybody needs to run everywhere, and need to be in all places at the same time - but i love it!!
2. Travelling - it'll take you 30 minutes for a kilometer ride? he he he but it's fun a lot of scene you could watch.
3. Month - end Sale - almost every where, every minute theres a shopping spree, who dare to say philippine is a poor country?
4. Bar Hopping - literally, you will be hopping from one bar to the other till you get drunk and drop.
5. Bay walk - nice romantic place like LUNETA he he he he
6.Call Center? - the most in demand job, high paying graveyard shift? thanks but i'll think it over again.
7. Friends - found no words to describe. like family!!!
8. FAMILY - One of the most valued characteristics of Filipino "Close family Ties"
9. Politics and Showbiz - Any difference? - I hope someday there would be...
10. Dont't forget SMS free all day and Sun to Sun, Globe to Globe, Smart to Smart, 24/7 Free Call all day,.. he he he
11. Exquisite mouth - watering original filipino cuisine,.. where else from my own home,.. CHEF - my Mother,.. he he eh but of course nothing beats my mum!!!

And to all Filipino out there it's up to you what do you miss in our beloved struggling country,.. thanks and GOD bless. MABUHAY!!!

i sorely miss home during holiday seasons. no one celebrates christmas and new year like we do.

i just miss manila. my own personal bootcamp. I would not have been able to adjust to the life here had i not been born and raised in manila. and just because i grew up in manila, i feel that i can live and survive anywhere else in the world.

i miss family.

'nuff said.

WE MISS ALL those things, food, places that we (filipinos) took for granted when we were back home.

The food...

The Traffic and air pollution...lol

The city-sized malls...plenty of them and so wide you can't finish visiting all the stores/shops inside in one day; and all international brands you can find...a paradise for shopaholics like Aisha...lol

Night life...endless bars, clubs, discos, live bands of different music genres...rock and roll, jazz, the blues, hard rock...name it, we have it

We only felt the difference AFTER we left...
