My Dpay card got stucked in ATM Machine

Today while withdrawing money my dpay card got stucked in machine and did not come out. Also i got first message that the card was debited. Then i got second message cash was credited due to reversal of cash withdrawal. But in actual it was debited again for the same amount. The problem is this is a salary card and when I tried contacting bank customer care they say they can not help I must talk to my company.

Please help if someone have any idea about it.
