Importing car with exactly 5 years old

Hi Folks,

Trying to import a car to qatar , the car its from 2018 which its exactly 5 years old.

I have different versions on this subject, some companies tell me that it can be imported and others that it cannot.
I am not able to find the laws and legislation on this subject.
Someone who can clarify with links or legal articles?
