Qatar’s real estate market booms as trading volume exceeds $88 million in one week
The Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice hit a staggering QR249,404,838 in sales contracts during the period from October 1 to 5, 2023. Residential units were a hot commodity, raking in QR71,955,172 in total sales contracts during the same period as recorded in the Real Estate Bulletin.
The weekly bulletin released by the Department reveals that the properties sold included vacant lands, houses, a hotel, a residential complex, and individual residential units.
Notably, most of the sales were concentrated in various municipalities, including Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Slal, Al Shamal, Al Khor, Al Dakhira, Ash-Shahaniyah, and in the Pearl, Legtaifiya, and Al Dafna areas.
