Step-son family visa requirements
Hi,
I'm writing from Pakistan as a concerned parent and seeking help.
My husband accepted an offer from semi-governement in Qatar. His visa will be specialist visa and expected to join in April 2024. He's my second husband and I've 9 year son from my first marriage (first husband is deceased). At the moment the birth certificate has his real father name and I do have his death certificate. The passport will be changed after we have orders from a court process (which is undergoing). The company has asked my husband that as long my son's passport has his name then he can sponsor the child. They have limited information regarding such complicated case. Meanwhile the documents are under process I need to know the following information:
- While we are working on the documents which will appoint my new husband as the guardian, It is a time taking process and I don't want to leave my son behind. Is there any chance that me being his real mothet can I take my son with me on visit visa? If yes please share the details, contact inormation etc.
- What additional documents are required by Qatar officials to seemlessly sponsor a step-child?
- If I find a job there while being family resident (where my husband is my sponsor) would I be able to sponsor my child? I have 10 years of experience.
I'm extremely worried and can't find anyone who can give me such details. Please help a worried mother.
Be hopeful, there is a solution for each and every issue in our lives.
Have patience for three more days from tomorrow, sure.
Let the Abbu ji join his job, then very easy for him.
Office ladies will guide him to a visa application agency uncles who will do some changes in the Docs to bring your all family members here. It is possible.
