The Bazaar at Souq Waqif draws massive crowds

The Bazaar, a new shopping event at Souq Waqif's Eastern Square, has become a major attraction since its opening on Thursday, drawing large crowds to explore offerings from nearly 200 shops representing over 170 companies, from 24 different countries, including Qatar and neighbouring Gulf Nations. 

With a curated selection of goods ranging from international foods, apparel, and accessories, The Bazaar offers a one-stop destination for shoppers and families alike. The opening weekend saw a strong turnout including visitors from Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, who enjoyed the lively atmosphere enhanced by Souq Waqif;s iconic setting anf the pleasant October Weather. 

The organizers are thrilled by the event's initial success, with The Bazaar operating hours of : Saturday to Wednesday, 10am to 10pm; Thursday, 10am to 11pm; and Friday, 2pm to 11pm. Running until November 12, The Bazaar is set to mark success with a significant boost to Souq Waqif's already vibrant atmosphere.
