Body of drowning victim found at Sealine Beach area
In the second tragic accident this week, an expatriate man lost his life in a drowning incident at the Sealine area yesterday.
Unconfirmed reports on social media said the unfortunate victim was an Egyptian national.
Mohamed Shakir, Director of Ambulance Service Department at the Hamad Medical Corporation, said they took part in an operation in the Sealine area where the body of the expatriate drowning victim was found, reported Gulf Times.
Earlier, members of the community had posted on Facebook that a young man had gone missing while enjoying the first day of Eid on Sealine Beach.
This is the second accidental death being reported in the country in less than a week. Just a few days back, a six-year-old Indian boy died after falling into an uncovered manhole in the Al Wukair area.
Our thoughts are with the bereaved man’s family.
It is not the Contractors responsibility.
Does the Contractor tell him go to sealine on holidays?
Any Contractor will never say so...
It is his companions responsibility, if nobody ask this man to go sealine, he is still alive. So Contractor will not be punished by this tragedy, this is his will, even he knows how to swim or better far than swimmer.... or maybe he is drunk of alcohol, so he is thinking he is superman... that's it and that is life... His companions involvement must be investigated....
The responsible person should be punished and the authorities must be aware about the past incidents happened similar way in Qatar. The responsible contractor must be punished.
