Decomposed body of Indian expatriate found in Mathar Qadheem

The body of a 44-year-old Indian expatriate, who was running a business in Qatar, was found near Doha’s Old Airport Area (Mathar Qadeem), reported Gulf Times.

The deceased was identified as Kadavathu Peedikayil Akram, who had gone missing a week back. Akram, who runs three translation centres in different parts of the city, was last seen leaving his office last Tuesday.

He is survived by his wife and four children. A community source said that the body has been taken to the Hamad General Hospital Mortuary. Police are currently investigating the case.
