Did you see a crime happening in Qatar? Now report it through Metrash 2

If you see a crime happening in Qatar, you will no longer have to go to the police station or call them in order to report it. You can simply open the Metrash 2 App on your mobile phone and report it online.

The Ministry of Interioir (MoI) recently added the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) service to the app in order to push people to try out e-services.

The new service provides people with four options to interact with the department — request, provide information, report and communicate with us.

The ‘report’ section can be used to report cybercrime, forgery, infringement of intellectual property and begging, among others.

The ‘provide information’ section will let you report on suspected vehicle, persons, institution, house and criminal activity.

You can request for awareness lectures, field visits, activity participation and general requests through the ‘requests’ section.
