Anyone here working at Meeza?

Hi everyone,
I'll be receiving my job offer from Meeza anytime this week. I just would like to seek help on the following:

1. what are the usual inclusion in an expats job offer
2. where is the best area to stay near Meeza if incase I will accept the offer.
3. hows the culture in Meeza? I heard most of the employees are British then Australian then a mixture of several nationalities.

Hope anyone here can help. I'm pretty excited to see what Meeza has to offer and if all is well, I'll be welcoming Qatar with my family.
