Canadian Teacher...questions about teaching in Qatar....

I'm looking at several options right now, and I'm intrigued with Qatar. A few questions for anyone kind enough to answer:

1. How difficult would it be to find a job? (I have a Bachelors o Arts (French major) Bachelors of Education (elementary-focus), 4 years of experience, and a TESL certificate)

2. What would a reasonable salary be for someone of my experience?

3. When are teaching jobs commonly available?

Out of curiosity, does anyone have an estimate for how many ex-pats currently living in Qatar?

well i donot have official stats there are many positions for qualified teachers here due to a severe shortage. i cannot give u an estimate of the pay u can expect but know for sure that The Cambridge School Doha is looking for good teacher( my chilren study there). Similarly the classifieds are full of ads for teachers for almost all the schools here.
