Construction Company: How to start in qatar??

I'm new at this forum and I have a question about construction opportunities for new firms. We have 25 years of experience (You can see our website www.kazmieruk.pl). We are thinking of coming to Qatar with 10 people crew. What You thinking about it? Do You know, how we can start there? How we can find any contracts? I will be grateful for any answers.

In Poland we are high class end residencial interior and exterior. We have expirience with projects in New York, Sweden, Norwey and Germany. In Qatar, I was thinking about interior work (painting, siding, carpentering etc.) I Have crew of few good workers and I want to move my company to Qatar or get same Contract, if you know what i mean. How it supposed to look to start?? Where I have to looking for offers without connection?? Do you know about minimum cost to start??
