Dear Mary, he already mentioned that he is Near Native English Speaker not a native english speaker like u. What i understand is, If a student is studying in 1st grade then he is called as 1st grader, if in second grade then 2nd grader like this till 7th, from 8th grade onwards he is called as high school student. Am I right?
