I am wokring for Momenta for QNB. QNB is worst bank. Its because of momenta that I continue. They are very helpful even with leads. They keep asking how else the can help to make sure i meet targets. They alway listen and try to sort my problems and they even fight with QNB for us; QNb only focuses on sales and not on deliverng the card to client. we lose sales and get screamed at by QNB supervisors because of that. momenta has been telling qnb to stop this and look at delivery.

momenta even trained us to sell.the training was very good and they keep training us. our salaries are always ontime and never had any problems fromanywhere but qnb.

not like other agencies where people are not legal and salaries are not paid. someday i want to work for other divisions of momenta - they are so big and they are doing so much good work.

thx for the warning knoxcollege-what alternative would you suggest instead of going to the recruitment agents?

All these recruitment agencies suxx big time. What they do is they tell the employer instead of paying 15000Q.R we can get you a person for 5000 with the same qualifications and experience.

Last time one of my friend got a very good offer from a multinational oil company and he accepted the offer. Later on the company gave the hiring contract to a recruitment Agency and now the recruitment agency is offering him half of what he had been originally offered.

dk,

It would be better if u approach QNB or CBQ directly (HR)as u'll not be a direct bank staff if u go through the outsourcing agencies. Moreover, the staff benefits are not the same for the employees under these agencies.
