Looking for a job, but not getting any calls

Hi I am Rubeena. I am here at Qatar on visiting visa in search of job in Information Technology. I have been applying in the job sites and directly through companys career sites as well but never got any call. Can anybody please let me know what else I can do so that I get an interview call.
