thru QL classified section. However, there are many time wasters pretending to be buyers.

Hi, I am planning to be in Qatar next week. Would want to know whether is it a norm to advertise on public newspapers about your academic and professional qualifications so that an HR from an organization would call you if you suit their requirement.
