but i think that depends if your current sponsor will give you NOC, otherwise no chance you have to stay and work or leave Qatar.
You have to be with your current sponsor for at least a year and you must have a letter of no objection from them to change to another sponsor.
Also you can only change your sponsor in Qatar 3 times.

yes, really in doha is very difficult to change employer just like the company where i am in, too much headache they dont even observe the holy month of ramadan.
