HR Opportunities...Anywhere??

Hey, I 've been desperately looking for some HR opportunities in Qatar. Could anyone please let me know where I could start? I've already registered on various job sites such as bayt, gulf talent, and a lot more. Somehow it doesnt seem to be working out..What I would like to know is whats the job scenario for a female with 1 years exp in HR and whats the salary range that I should expect?
