Job for MTech holder in Geoinformatics

My brother is an MTech degree holder in Geo-informatics and Natural Resources Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai.
Please let me know where in Qatar should i apply for jobs related to Water Management Designing, Geographical Information Systems, Natural Resources Exploration & Management and Team Management.
His areas of experience include Designing / Techno-commercial Operations in Water Management Systems, Effluent Treatment Plants, Planning & Infrastructure Development, Natural Resources Exploration using Geographical Information Systems.

please dont degrade an IITian by bringing him to the GCCs..

GCCs is a place for 3rd class professionals, be it an engineer or a doctor....
