Do most expat mums out in Doha, whose kids are all at school, go out to work? What jobs are you doing that fit in with school hours? If not working, what do you do?

The jobs that are in most demand are the ones that fit the school timings. There are only a handful of companies that have these options in. Most companies here in the private sector have split timings making it difficult for moms.

I interview a lot of people - and when it comes to ladies with kids - before even the interview starts - the first question they ask me is - WHAT IS THE WORK TIMINGS? SO yes - depending on what career line you are in - you might get lucky as there are a few companies who would want to get the right talents on board and are flexible with the timings. Its just that you need to be LUCKY!
