Marine Biology graduate seeking opportunity

My 22 year son graduated in Marine Biology (2/1)from Newcastle University in 2008. Now working as a scuba diving instructor in Bali, he is looking to move to join me in Doha to start a career in an area related to his degree. He has a particualr interest in marine conservation and development. If anyone knows of any opportunities in this field, I would be very interested to hear from you. Accomodation and sponsorship is not required.
