Need a job for a friend...

As-Salam-O-Alaikum! I have joined a very good company here in Qatar 6 months ago. I have one friend who is poor and want to get a job in Qatar also. He thinks that I should help him to get a job here but how I could I help someone while I am also just an employee of a company.

I have heared that if I can arrange a visit visa for him and he come here and then search for job then maybe he get a job early. Please some body give me advice. If you suggest the visit visa then how should I arrange this and if any of you here can help me to get a job for him please do contact me also.

He is hardworking guy. But only luck is not with him. He has 10 years experience in good companies on good positions in Pakistan. I can send you the CV for detailed profile.
