I can not say that I don't like my job. But I don’t like and cannot understand the limitation of motivation and keeping the power staff..I can't remember how many staff have been resigned last 2 years it is strange and no body stop them or try to keep the, trained and experienced staff are recourse that diffeicult to replace them!

Allah seeing my work.. And I am satisfied with my self my own achievements, some times when you look round bad feeling you couldn't stop it! I am human!

As a HR Consultant, Its important to state that your designation as one in charge of providing empowerment for employees to be self-employed provides ample opportunity for your own self development. From your comment there does not seem to be provision for you to develop yourself, internally and externally. And you do not seem to be happy of this. The consequencies of your state portends some loss for the organisation. HMC needs to look into your Job Description to redesign and enrich it and provide you more incentive and impetus to function effectively. This the company do by applying some recognition measures to shore up your morale and create avenues to enrich your job. Having put in 12 solid years in the company, the cost of losing you is enormous, unquantifiable and irrecoverable.

If you mean train in side Qatar I do at my cost because it is limited to Qataris now ..

Out-side I can not cay the costs!!..I am trying some on line courses even free or with pay.

My qualification in BSc graduated with Excellent. I started in HMC with grad 106 , event in this qualification if Qat 110 , if non-Qat 107!!.very limited and narrow view to Lab or HR or to me to accept work. every body need the work. .but I keep performing well, and challenging my self during all this year until get this position!..

My promotion is based on qualification and verification and we have ..

Yes I added during this 12 years a lot of skills in managerial , and going to study MBA , I do this for my self first with inspiration feel to get what deserve , I can guess no benefit in HMC ,, or limited !..

Do you feel there is no opportunity for training outside at your cost? There are so many institutions to join.

Its important for us to find out your educational qualification. Sometimes, employee may earn promotion just because they have put in considerable years of experience without improving their entry or basic qualifications. If you have added some managerial or professioal or academic feathers to your basic qualifications; supervising up to 60 employees; born in Qatar; speaking Arabic; then the sky is your limit in HMC. This is because HMC is a place to work by all standards unless the 'outside' speaks more than the 'inside' looks. However, what is level 110 and its equivalent in QAR? Thanks and God bless you.
