Primary Care Physician JOBS @PHCC

Salam and Hi, To all doctors, Nurses, and Health care professionals, 

Just wondering, if any one has had any experince of working for the PHCC, as a primary care physican

How are the job levels. 

1) speclists vs consultant, differences etc, 

2) What is the work envoirament like in these centers, 

3) If one is working as a Consultant, what is the heirachy? Is there still a "Boss" to answer to?

4) In short is it worth while quiting a Job in General Practice in the UK for a job in Qatar?

5) Is one able to get a good work / life balance?

6) Is the money good?
