i just got a call from qp and told me they will call me for the interview fro the post of security guard. can u tell me wat they will ask in interview and how it will be. ?

Has he been offered a position with QP after the interview?

If yes, you may need to wait 2-3 month just to sort out the visa issues.

First he will have to do pre-pre employment medical exam in Indonesia (unless he was interviewed here and do that at the QP clinic). THen after they received the all clear from examining doctor they will start requesting visa for your husband (and if you are lucky, along with the family).

Only after receiving the visa, can he (and you) travel to Doha.

Once here, he will have to do another medical to obtain a Residence Permit (2-3 weeks process). Then he need to do finger print and wait for his RP. Only after he got his RP, can he sponsor you and kids for yours (easily another 2 months).

333 are you employed before joining QP. did they ask first for your NOC before giving the offer letter? because this is my case now, QP won't release offer letter without NOC but my company is requiring me the offer letter.

I went to QP building near city center and they've told me that passing CV is thru online only...So I have no choice, went back home! I don't think I can submit again my CV on their website. Try my Luck again...

No doubt QP is an excellent employer that offers both excellent salary and job security. its probably one of the few companies that did not retrench staff during the worst days of recession. But i must confess that their recuitment process is dead slow.

of Q.P here in doha? I'll try to my luck to submit my CV instead...Coz in online they don't accept more than 3 positions applied even though its past 90 days already...

my husband had been recruited by QP and it start may 09 and he came here last aug 23 2009 the visa was issued earlier than that but he ask for this date to join. and we followed after my son and i arrived here last 15 sept 2009 we came from philippine and my husband from UK. yes QP is a very good place to work. they look after their employee and thier family. good luck

I was interviewed and signed a a job offer last sept 2009,　and my visa just came a week a go and kinda long wait because i think ramadan came and also huds came, that`s why they cant process the recruiment immediately but thank god because my tentative flight is in the end of this month. I`m looking forward to work in QP co`z I heard a lot of feedback that this is a good company!

I'm an SAP consultant.I would like to know about employment in QP.Can anybody help me in getting a opening in QP.My experience in SAP ABAP is 4 years.

what I heard is QP is really a good company, I was interviewed and signed a job offer last Oct 15, 2009, I finished my medical exam last December 4, 2009, My agency said they have already the visa but the HR of QP double checking the medical results. For those who was hired by QP let's just wait for our visa, dont lose hope they doing it in the most fastest way. I guess.

I really need a lot of patience right now. waiting seems to be forever. :)

Can even take up to 4 to 6 months so be patience.

Anyone knows - range of salaries for administrative jobs in qp?

I interviewed for a QP job on March 14th.  From what it sounds like, I still have a long wait.  The money was not so great but it is still money.  I must be thankful for that. 

Is the housing for most QP employees at that compound next to al-Sadd stadium on al-Wabb street?

My experience says longer than that, my application was sent in over 6 months ago and I still going thru the recruitment process!
