Question about accepting a job.
I have a couple of questions about accepting a job. Is it normal for the company to forbid you from leaving the country for the first year and 3 months, or is it a formality that can be renegotiated once you have proven your dependability?
Also, if they will only give you to contract to sign 1 month after you have begun work, is there any kind of legal obligation for the company to keep the details of the pending contract the same, or can they hit you with a completely different one and screw you over?
