suggestion for course ......

Hai ALL......
I am a B.E Electronics and communication Engineering graduate also having 4 yrs of Experience in Embedded system in India and looking for job in qatar and i came to know it's hard to get a job in embedded system side as no scope in qatar.so thought of changing domain could you pls advice me which domain is best and any course regarding that.
if anyone knows about international recruitment agencies pls give details.
i came to know some consultancies in india will recruit for qatar if anyone knows give details of that.
i thought of doing MBA in distance education can you please suggest which field is good and university(preferably in india).

Hi,i suggest you to do masters in engineering,mba through distance no value for engineer without practical experience.
