Teaching in Qatar

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if any expat teachers who are currently working in Qatar could shed some light of what it is like.

Working conditions?
Classroom / school resources?
Professional development opportunities?
Standard salary packages / benefits?

Hi there!

I would like to have a list of schools where french is taught as a foreign language so that I can apply for a french teacher position.

Olso ,I'm very interrested in language centers or schools and nurseries who are giving french lessons.

I would really apreciate your help.

Thank you in advance.

There are VERY different conditions in various schools for teachers. A few are very good. Many are - at best - mediocre. There are quite a few that you should run from, screaming. Please use the search option and do a LOT of homework. Good luck!

Thanks zeba ishteyaque...

Are all of the schools on the same par or are there ones that should be avoided? In terms of working for them and for the education of my own British children?
